[21-07-2017] THIRD PHASE ALLOTMENT PUBLISHED

The third phase allotment to Professional Degree Courses in Kerala -2017 is published. The details of allotment of a candidate are available on the home page of the candidate.

The candidates should invariably take a printout of the third phase allotment memo for payment of fees and for taking admission in the college.
Those candidates who receive an allotment afresh or a change in allotment to Engineering courses should remit the fee/balance fee, if any, to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the third phase allotment memo at any of the designated branches of State Bank of India or by way of Online Payment from 21.07.2017 to 25.07.2017 and should join the course/college allotted before 5 pm on 25.07.2017.

Dates for Payment of fees: 21.07.2017 to 25.07.2017

Date of joining in the College: Before 25.07.2017, 5.00 PM

Note: This allotment is the last phase of allotment to Private Self Financing Engineering/Architecture colleges. Hence the students who get allotment in such colleges should invariably join the colleges allotted, before 5 pm on 25.07.2017. Otherwise they are liable to pay the Liquidated Damages as perclause 12.2.4 (c) of the Prospectus for KEAM-2017/Pharmacy Courses. Also they will not be eligible for the refund of fees, if any, paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

[16-07-2017] THIRD PHASE OF ALLOTMENT – ACTIVITIES STARTED

The activities related to the third phase of allotment to Engineering Degree Courses 2017 has begun on 16.07.2017.

All the candidates who want their existing higher order options in Engineering courses to be considered for this phase of allotment shall have to log into their Home Page and confirm their options by clicking the ‘CONFIRM’ button available therein.

After Online Option Confirmation , the candidates can re-arrange their higher order options or delete the unwanted options and also register fresh options to the newly added Courses/Colleges from 16.07.2017 to 19.07.2017, 3.00 PM

The allotment will be published on 20.07.2017

The candidates who have an allotment in Engineering/Architecture courses shall have to take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/ balance fee payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations in one of the designated branches of the State Bank of India (SBI) or by way of Online Payment and should join the allotted course/college before 5 pm on 25.07.2017

Those who do not confirm their options online will not be considered for this phase of allotment. Also their existing higher order options in Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses will be removed and will not be available in the subsequent phases. However, his/her existing allotment shall be retained if he/she has joined the college as per the second phase allotment. Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for being considered in the third phase of allotment for both candidates allotted with a course in the second phase and those who have not received any allotment in the previous phases

16.07.2017 Website opens for Online Option Confirmation and for enabling re-arrangement of higher options/deletion of unwanted options and registration of fresh options to the newly added Courses/Colleges.
19.07.2017 (3 pm) Time for Online Option Confirmation and re-arrangement/ deletion/addition of options ends
20.07.2017 Publication of Allotment
22.07.2017 to 25.07.2017 Candidates who receive allotment in Engineering/Architecture/Pharmacy courses should remit the fee/balance fee payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations in designated branches of SBI or by way of online payment and should report before the college authorities to join the allotted college/course.

What next?

The candidates who have an allotment as per the second allotment should remit the fees/balance fees (as applicable) from 11.07.2017 to 14.07.2017 in a designated Branch of State Bank of India (SBI) [view list] or by way of Online Payment.

The candidates should report to the Principals of the Colleges mentioned in the second phase allotment memo for admission as per the following schedule.

N.B.: Candidates who do not join the colleges within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as all the existing options.

What to do after publishing second phase allotment?

Candidates who receive allotment shall have to take a printout of their second phase allotment memo and remit the fee/ balance fee payable to the CEE, in one of the designated branches of the State Bank of India (SBI) [click here for list] or by way of online payment on any date from 11.07.2017 to 14.07.2017

When to take admission in the College?

The candidates should join the course/college allotted in the second phase

[30-06-2017] FIRST PHASE ALLOTMENT PUBLISHED

Allotment to Engineering courses(First Phase) published on 30-06-2017.

The details of allotment of a candidate is available on the home page of the candidate.

Steps to follow:

  1. Login to your home page
  2. Check your allotment
  3. If there is allotment, take a printout of the allotment memo and pay the fees specified in the allotment memo

Payment options:

A) Pay the fees at any of the designated branches of State Bank of India (SBI)

OR

B) The fees can be paid by way of Online Payment.

4. Wait till second phase allotment comes to know whether there is a change. (You need not join in the College after First allotment)

Dates for payment of fees:

01.07.2017      to           05.07.2017

Points to remember:

In the first phase allotment, the allotted students need not join the Course/College.

Those candidates who do not remit the fee on or before the date prescribed for the same will lose their allotment as well
as all the existing options. The options once lost will not be available in the subsequent phases.

Wait for second phase allotment after remitting the prescribed fees.
