TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Competitive Tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for the following.

The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription “supply of UPS Batteries/UPS” as the case and should be addressed to Principal, College of Engineering Poonjar, Poonjar Thekkekkara P O, Kottayam 686 582. Telephone No.8547005035.
Last date for sale of Tender forms:03.02.2021 11AM, Last date for receipt of Tenders: 03.02.2021 2 PM. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 AM on 04. 02.2021 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Tender form and details can be had from the office of the College of Engineering Poonjar by a cash remittance of amount as mentioned above which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Those who want the tender form by post should remit an additional amount of Rs.50/- as postal charges. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 11 AM on 03.02.2021. cheques, postage stamps, etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will be the forms be sent per V.P.P.
Terms and Conditions:
1) Rate quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and charges.
2) Minimum 4 year on site warranty for the items should be offered.
3) Items must be supplied at College of Engineering Poonjar by the supplier at the address given above.
4) Offer for supply of items is acceptable only from manufacturer or their authorized service
providers/dealers. So a certificate issued by the manufacturer should be enclosed in case of
dealers/service providers.
5) Payment will be cleared only on verification of the items as per tender specification and
acceptance.
6) EMD :1% of the tendered cost may be furnished by D/D drawn in favour of Principal, College of
Engineering, Poonjar and payable at SBT Erattupetta
7) Agreement: In Kerala stamp paper worth Rs.200/- may be furnished
8) Superscription : Tender No. and item may be specified.
9. Supply: Within 10 days of supply order from this office .
